Integrations should follow the customer journey

Start with what must happen after a successful purchase, failed payment, refund, subscription change or abandoned checkout. Those events determine the connections you actually need.

Native before custom

ThriveCart currently organizes integrations across autoresponders, fulfillment services, membership platforms, notifications, webinars, payment processors, Zapier, landing-page editors, analytics and automation platforms. Prefer native connections when they satisfy the workflow cleanly.

Define one system of record

Decide which platform owns customer identity, payment state, access and email consent. Ambiguity here creates duplicate records and difficult support cases.

Test failure states

Do not test only a successful purchase. Test refunds, failed charges, duplicate submissions, cancellation, access removal and automation delays where your stack makes those states possible.

Primary sources checked

Product facts were checked against official sources on August 25, 2026. Merchant claims are described as merchant claims; Checkout Craft does not claim independent verification of performance statistics.
